*Full Time: Full time enrollment is 5 days a week Monday to Friday 7:30am - 5:30pm. Payment is due on the first of each month for that current month.
*Part Time: Part Time enrollment is based off of a minimum of 2 days each week for a duration of one month. Parents will be asked to choose the days one month in advance and will be billed according to the table above. Days picked during the week must remain consistent each week. Choices will be limited to what we have available please contact for availability. Payment is due on the first of each month for that current month.
Drop In: Availability will dictate whether we can accommodate for drop in children. Please call on the morning of to see if we can take your child on! Rates are flat $55/day no contract required.
*Any enrollment beyond one month will require a contract to be signed to secure your space.. If you are currently on a contract and wish to cancel your children's enrollment one month notice is required. We will prorate your charges if withdrawal is mid month. Payment will be applicable to the enrollment model you have chosen for your child.
Each child enrolled at Blooming Butterflies will require a current information sheet to be filled out before their first day. Forms will be available on first visit.
Payment: We accept payment by cheque, cash or e-mail transfers.
Late fees: $ 5 for every 15 mins late for pickup. We understand however that there may be extenuating circumstances when it comes to late pickups. An agreement can be met if we are informed ahead of time and it does not become regular occurrence.
A fee of $ 25/day will be charged for late payments.
